Delivery to main city centres in South Africa: R450
Please allow 3–5 days for delivery, but most orders reach main city centres within 2 working days on average. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with courier details and waybill number.
We offer a White Glove delivery service within a 60km radius of Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, and Cape Town. Our team will help you unbox, set up, and demonstrate your scooter in detail. For customers outside the 60km radius, we provide in-depth setup videos and telephonic or video support. All our scooters and wheelchairs are ready to use right out of the box.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, plots, farms, or rural areas. Deliveries to these areas may incur a surcharge. Please contact us at 086 146 7772 for details.
Our products carry a 2-year warranty, which can be extended to a lifetime warranty. If your scooter is not suitable for your needs, you may return it for a full refund within 5 days of purchase. Check with your sales agent for warranty details.
