This Lifetime Warranty ("Warranty") is provided by SA Mobility Scooters Company ("Company") to the original purchaser ("Owner") of a Mobility Scooter ("Product").
This Warranty applies only to the first owner and is non-transferable.By offering this Warranty, we take the risk of maintenance away from the customer, giving them peace of mind that if anything goes wrong during their lifetime, we will have you covered.
If we are unable to repair the Product while the customer waits, we will provide a rental scooter.
Warranty Coverage
The Company warrants the Product for the lifetime of the Owner, subject to the terms and conditions stated in this contract.
The following items are included under this Warranty:
- Electronics: All electronic components, including controllers.
- Frame: The structural frame of the scooter.
- Transaxle: The transaxle system.
- Regular Services: Regular services on a carry-in basis. Annual services are recommended to ensure optimal performance.
- Charger and Electronics: Charging units and all electronic systems.
- Rental Scooter: A rental scooter will be provided if repairs cannot be completed while the customer waits.
Exclusions
This Warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear of the Product.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance.
- Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, or other external forces.
- Modifications or alterations made without written consent from the Company.
- Consumable parts that naturally deteriorate over time, including batteries, brakes, tyres, upholstery, and grips.
Terms and Conditions
- This Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proof of purchase must be provided for any warranty claim.
- The Company reserves the right to inspect the Product to determine the validity of a warranty claim.
